"Clean, good service, and usually pretty quick. Pretty popular place to dine in, so a short wait can be expected. Ample parking with a good view of the local blueberry fields. Bonus points for having fuller burritos than other Taco Bells in the area!"

"Man on night shift was upset because my husband poured water out on the ground. The man said " how would you feel if I came to your work place and did that?" When my husband asked if he would accept his apology he said " I will try." Didn't know dumping water outside on the ground was offensive."

"I was just venting my frustrations about how I, as a Door Dasher, has to wait through the long drive-thru line to grab are costumes order that was probably sitting on the counter for the 25 minutes and was hoping to find a solution to salve the problem of the customer's food don't get cool and I don't the fact that I don't get paid buy the hour. The the lady at the window starts accusing me of yelling at her. Which I wasn't. Then started yelling at me. That's when the another employee sticks her head out the window and starts yelling at me too. So, I showed them what yelling was and left. Horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. And mind you, they us to have a 4 star rating with me."

"Ordered their new chicken wings tonight (because I got them from the grand haven location a few nights ago and they were really good) and was super disappointed. They literally were 1/2 the size (if that) of the GH ones. All bone, no meat whatsoever. I have a couple rescue cats who love to sit next to me when I’m eating chicken because I share with them, and I literally didn’t even have any meat I could break off for them. Called and asked for a manager, and when they answered, they couldn’t have been more rude. She acted so utterly annoyed that I had called to let them know about this. She said “there’s nothing we can do.” And just took my name and number and said she would have another manager call me. Doubt that’ll ever happen. Guess I won’t spend $6.99 on 5 chicken bones there anymore…"

"Moved over to fruitport about a year ago, and the food has gone downhill a bit. The service is always phenomenal, but the last couple months it's about a 50/50 chance my food is gonna be cold. Today I ordered a quesadilla and it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I also ordered two burritos with no tomatoes and both had tomatoes on them. The Pepsi was good though. Edit: service is still good, but the food has fallen off a cliff the last month or so. Every time I go there you can tell the food isn't fresh, it's been sitting there for a while. Tonight ordered the Mexican pizza meal and while the pizza was good, the tacos were ice cold, not even warm. Pepsi was still good though. The 1 star is purely for the employees, food is 0 stars Decided to give them another shot, and was surprised to find that that have actually gotten worse. Idk why I expected anything different, but they are making the Mexican pizzas exactly like all their other items now. Big serving of beans, with the beef next to that, and roughly a third of the pizza completely empty. Do yourself a favor and never eat here."
