"I typically dislike hotel food, I also never leave reviews, but this place was amazing. Tonya was my waitress who suggested the pot roast and I am so glad she did. Literally the best I’ve had since my granny passed away. Even the roll had great flavor. Try it out!!!!!"

"We were out for a cruise to see the beach and enjoy our classic cars with a group of friends for the last nice day of the year and decided to stop here for lunch. You can smell the awesomeness of these burgers before you even walk in the restaurant. We had the best time! The food was AMAZING! The service was even better! Will definitely be back! Saw past reviews about the fries. Must not be the same because we all loved them!"

"After reading other reviews, it’s clear that this place has a penchant for ignoring customers and subpar service. We never had a chance to even try Burger Theory as we stood waiting to be seated for a few minutes. The bartender just glanced our way and said nothing. We would have been satisfied with a “we be with you”, but he ignored us. We were invisible. You can’t hire decent people who show up if you ignore customers who generate revenue! We won’t be back."

"I had previously left a review detailing our bad breakfast experience here! After coming back for dinner a year later, I am very pleased. Our server, Chris, was absolutely amazing and the hostess, Emma, was very sweet as well. The service was much quicker and there were better interactions overall. Last year, there were only three of us in the restaurant and we were there for 3 hours! This time around it was busy and we were surprised everything went so smooth. We were able to sit outside and enjoy live music! Much better!"

"We just moved to the area and came in for a burger and a couple of beers after a long week of moving, sat at the bar . Ordered a pitcher of beer and an appetizer to start. 1.) The bartender refused to fill the pitcher up past the handle because it was "too much beer" for $14. Light beer, mind you. We weren't allowed to pick anything else. It can to just over one pint each. 2.) We got nachos to start and the chips were stale, the meat and liquid cheese were cold, and it was missing the toppings. Pretty sure they microwaved it. He charged extra to get the toppings it was supposed to come with from the menu. No plates or silver ware were offered or given. We had to ask someone else. 3.) When he asked why we didn't order anything else, we explained our experience and he just shrugged and said, " That's too bad, our burgers are pretty good." I am not a picky person, but this place was a terrible experience all around. Maybe it was the day? Maybe sit at a table? We ended up getting a great burger and beer at the brewery across the street!"
