Urgent Care White Lake

"Wish I could’ve gotten/remembered the names of the people who worked with me, but this was my first time coming here (and not that I hope it will be) but certainly won’t be my last. Receptionist was very friendly, quick, and the doctor was the most laid back, genuine person. I wanna say his name was Matt. Ended up finding out I have bronchitis, but a quick shot, and fast and easy results for a solution to my issue is making me regret not coming here sooner. Thank you Springfield urgent care for being awesome!"

"We've lived in White Lake for over 16 years and we have been in this Urgent care for the fourth time. We were very surprised with negative reviews on Google! Every time we have had decent care and were treated with smiles and respect. We waited about an hour but there were other people in the facility who probably needed help faster than us. The personnel was very nice, the doctor answered all of our questions and spent some time on explaining exactly what should we do. The place was spotless and very clean. We highly recommend this Urgent Care."

"I had an excellent experience at this clinic on a very busy day when doctors offices are closed (New Years Day). It’s a little disappointing to see so many negative reviews because you had to sit in a waiting room, longer than you expected. This is urgent care, not the minute clinic or your doctors office. They quickly and efficiently process people as they arrive and have no control over whether 1 person or five people show up in a given hour, as their are no appointments needed. If you are so sick that you can’t wait patiently to be seen, perhaps the emergency room is a better option, but my guess is you will have a little wait there too. In my experience I walked in with 5-6 families in front of me (busy, I would say). The courteous front desk staff took my info and I patiently waited, perhaps 45 minutes to an hour. I was promptly seen by a nurse as soon as I was taken back (no waiting again in the exam room), and then the doctor quickly followed. While I was waiting the staff confirmed my pharmacy and location and after my appointment, my prescriptions were seemlessly transmitted to my pharmacy and ready when I got there. The staff, nurses and doctors were were all pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend St. Joes Urgent Care in White Lake if you are sick or hurt and can’t get to your family doctor."

"Brought my 1 year old here due to excessive vomiting. She couldnt keep crackers or water down. We were concerned with the way the flu has been going around and her regular doctors office was already closed. There were 4 other people ahead of us and we were told that it shouldn't be more than an hour. I timed it, at the 2 hour mark I asked again and was told it shouldn't be much longer. True to their word we were taken back to a room. They took a few vitals and said it should be just a few minutes and the doctor will be in. 40 minutes later we asked again and we were told only another 10-15 minutes. We never saw the doctor. At that point we decided we were better off waiting until the next day to see her regular doctor. As we walked out, there were people still waiting that got there about the same time we did. I understand you see a lot of patients but something has to change because the wait times are ridiculous. For now I would advise others considering this urgent care to look elsewhere unless you have a lot of time to wait around."

"Was told 2 hour wait. By time I left I was there 4 hours. No one checked on me, or let me know it might take a little longer. No one was rude, but if I was told the truth I would have left right away. I think they need more doctors. It only appeared they had one doctor, (he was ok, but tried to chat me up without apologizing for the wait) and too many admin staff & nurses. I was there so long I completely drained my phone battery."
