"My wife ordered a winter wonderland fairy garden set at the beginning of December. On December 13 I received an email from dollar tree saying that they were running behind do to high demand, but we will be receiving our order and to wait for the next email with the exact date and tracking number. Which we thought not a big deal. So today December 31 I decided to call customer service, to my surprise the ordering center that deals with any issues was closed. So I called back and went through the ordering center. The first lady I talked to wasn't the nicest and was very to the point and told me that on 12/20 my order was canceled. So I checked my PayPal and didn't see anything about a return. So I called back and talked to a very understanding woman who listen to my concern and did what she could to help. The weirdest thing is that the item is still available to order on the website, and I have never received another email to let me.know my order was canceled. So I am more than displeased with how Dollar Tree handled this transaction and will probably stop using there online ordering or even waiting my money in there store. Extremely displeased customer"
