"I walked in with 8 minutes until closing and the cashier/manager? told me they were closing and tried to rush me out before I got what I came for (bread, mayo and a candy bar) when I paid for the items he acted like they were already closed and I was delaying him when the time was 3 minutes till 10:00 . Why so rude???"
"One of the managers is always super rude when I go in there. Any time she rings me up or has to fix a price, she always has an attitude. I try to avoid this store unless necessary because I don't want to deal with someone who hates their job so much that they have to take it out on others."

"May 9 2022 Stopped in for candy right after 10a. Walked in the store wearing my sunglasses. Looked at the sunglasses display and tried on a pair..not what I was looking for. Stayed in the store looking at outdoor decorations and other things. Went to pay for my candy, wearing my sunglasses. Before announcing my total The clerk asked if I was going to pay for my sunglasses... I took off my glasses to show how smudged they were...it was obvious they weren't new. I've had them for over a year. The clerk just said she had seen me trying on sunglasses. By this time there was a customer behind me in line...I didn't steal anything but the accusation was very public. I don't know what the store policy is when shoplifting is suspected. You may want to use this a teachable moment for your clerks. I live in the town next door to Howard City. I am 67 years old."
"I only really shop here for everything, food, home décor and more. The worker's are always nice and eager to help you find thing's. Always asking if I have found everything I needed! I love that, because sometimes I need something, and they help grab what I missed."
