"My pup and I love this place!! We go to Amaura's Paw Spa within the building and we absolutely love her! She's so detailed-oriented and you can tell that she genuinely loves all the animals that visit her! I feel that she charges a reasonable rate for all that she does and how much she actually cares for my dog! We have been a regular customer for nearly 3 years! We are so happy and recommend her to everyone we know!! The building has recently been renovated into several single pet grooming businesses. There is a really nice sized parking lot in the back, pretty easy to get to from Lake Michigan Dr."
"We'd been using them for a couple years, quality of grooming was good but customer service was always lacking. This week we had a grooming scheduled on Tuesday, we were called last minute to let us know they had to cancel due to a sick groomer, so we re-arranged our scheduled to accommodate theirs and rescheduled. I showed up 20 minutes late and they told us they couldn't take our dog because we were 5 minutes over their limit. Moral of the story: they give themselves lots of flexibility for scheduling conflicts, they give their customers none."
