"At first I thought UTS was a great place. The kids seems well taken care of and happy, the teachers were nice enough and the facility is clean. I used to recommend them if anyone mentioned childcare in the area. Not any more. If you are a man in a custody battle I would recommend not bringing your children here. They seem to be siding with my ex and will document every bug bite and scratch she has when in my care but they do not document the same when my ex wife has her. or they will wait to document a bruise during my time that is clearly yellowing and been there since my exs time with our kid. They seem to condone parental alienation and do what they can to help one parent alienate the other. When I message them to ask why they don't document certain things they tell me how the messages where I brought up the issue are documentation, essentially making me document the things they won't. Miss Mallory will write statements that contain information they never reported or that they put in the administration only section of the app they use, she will claim your child missed day that they wouldn't let her attend but write it in a way that makes it sound like your not taking your kid, all in an attempt to further the goal of parental alienation. Staff changes have led to the severe decline in quality of care at UTS. Please stay away from them. And if you are in a contentious custody battle please document everything yourself to Comer your own butt."
