"Called the manager to let them know that our transaction was changed twice, he said yes that happens many times but you have to call your credit card company to get reimbursed. I asked if they could make up the difference instead of calling the credit card company since it was their negligence! He said NO they can’t do that. To my response was, but it was your mistake, the cashier could of told us it charged us twice, but she didn’t. To me this poor service only made me wonder how many others have been charged twice and not even knowing it., it’s so sad and poor business. It’s unsafe to swipe your card at the pump and now (at this store most definitely) it’s unsafe to swipe your card in the store. Poor Management!!!"
