Panera Bread

"We hadn’t been to this Panera in about 5 months because one of our last visits the order was wrong. We tried again today & we HIGHLY doubt we will ever be back! We went inside to order because we were going to try something new & wanted a good look at the menu. The 2 order taker were helpful & we had high hope for getting a nice meal to go. Then we waited…..5+ minutes went by….Another customer came in & ordered…..we all waited & waited….at least 15 minutes….the the person that ordered after us was called his order was ready!…We waited a few more minutes & when an order taker was free we asked where’s our order? The guy after us just walked out with his. She went to the back to check & said he got mixed up & it would be ready shortly….& we waited….5 minutes later she goes to the back check again & comes out with a bag & says sorry about that! I look inside & see it’s not our order! I tell her…she checks the slip…goes to the back…comes back & says your salad should be ready soon he got mixed up again! She asks would you like a cookie for your trouble while you wait? I said YES. She goes to the counter & starts taking more orders! THEN the person who took the order before us…who had ordered after us comes back in the store! I said let me guess your order is wrong? She says Yes is yours messed up to? She goes to the pick up counter & starts to tell someone her order is wrong. Then the guy so lost in the back calls out that our salad is ready.. We took our salad & left. Got home & after all that had the worst dinner we’ve had in a long time!"

"My boyfriend and me ordered 2 chicken noodle soup bowls and mine had one piece of chicken and 3 carrots… his had 4 carrots. neither of them had any noodles and they were filled to the BRIM with basically just broth. Second time this has happened. Will not be going back."

"Best Panera in Michigan, my food is always correct and delicious, the staff are always kinda and attentive, it's never obnoxiously busy when I stop in either."

"My daughter had received a certificate from school for a free kids meal with purchase for her grades and work..I had purchased 7$ cappuccino,which I had high expectations for.My daughter chose mac & cheese for her kids meal..I go to pay and the charge me for her soft drink and my cappuccino.At that point its 12$ for 2 drinks I brushed it off just ready to go until I open food bag and there's a small cup of mac & cheese and a mini gogurt, that was it. We both try it and it was terrible.I've had hospital food that was better and my cappuccino tasted like watered down hot chocolate..I will never go there again especially with price gouging terrible food..Do better Gaylord Panera."

"Been here 2 times and both times my order was wrong in rapid pickup. Maybe I got the save person making it in the evening on weekdays but it can’t be that hard. The second time the order was ready 10 min early and sat that as I was 10 min away. So my sandwich was wrong and soggy. Edit 11-15 4:30 asked for horseradish sauce on the side and it came in my sandwich. Every time man - something’s wrong!"
