"On February 11, 2024, at 2:50 pm, a lady with a pink shirt was very rude over the drive-through. I was so humiliated by her yelling at me that I and my wife decided to give the food that we paid for to the guy behind us. All because we were waiting for her to answer if she could make it a large combo or not."

"Dirty dining room. Super slow service. I remember when fast food was fast and fast food restaurants were much cleaner than they are in today's modern norm of self serve. Are we suppose to clean up after the previous patrons? Didn't recieve a single a "Thank you" so you're welcome."
