"The food is basic but that's a brand thing. The service has been increasingly worse, I'm assuming it's more of a management or policy issue because more recently they have been refusing doordash orders at pickup. Not during the order process but when the driver arrives. They claim its because the driver doesn't have a hot bag but that's the customers choice and your damaging your image more by denying the delivery outright instead of running the risk of a less than hot pizza. Bad choices come across as petty."
"Didn’t realize that Little Caesars sold day old pizza from the warmer… at least that’s exactly what it looked and tasted like! I couldn’t even eat it, I had to throw it away. Not to mention it’s more than double the price from the old “hot and ready.” Never again!"
"My boyfriend was just in here and the first thing he was told is that there was a 15 minute wait, which was not a problem, and he asked if he could place an order now and pay for it and come back when it was ready and she told him no and to just come back later. He said he’d like to order it now so he didn’t have to wait if more people came in and the lady told him not to be an idiot. EXTREMELY unprofessional. There is absolutely no excuse to treat customers like that! Disgusting customer service"
"We had an awesome deep dish Hawaiian pizza with bacon and pineapple and extra sauce and that was fantastic and then we had cheesy bread and we also had a deep dish stuffed crust pepperoni mushroom onion and pizza it was fantastic oh so good"
