"AMAZING! Everything is as delicious as it is beautiful. We’ve had a lot of gluten free items, as my sister is gluten-sensitive, cinnamon-sensitive, and egg-free, and all of the items in the photos checked off those boxes. It’s impossible to find excellent products like Dulce Nulla’s in the U.P. so I’m still in shock her bakery exists in the area! The brownie is SO GOOD and almost like a really fudgey donut and the blackberry muffin has a lovely crumble topping and a delectable blackberry gooey ness to it. The donut has a fabulous vanilla flavor and the glaze is awesome! The bread is superb and it’s great that she offers roll-versions of most of the breads she offers. Absolutely wonderful - thank you Dulce Nulla!!!"

"Delicious gluten-free pasties! Was visiting Iron Mountain, and wanted to bring some pasties home for a relative who has Celiac's and who loves authentic UP pasties. I reached out to DNGD via Facebook messenger to see if they could make and freeze some GF pasties for me. Not only did they make 10 fresh GF pasties for me, they made them all-beef (as opposed to a beef/pork mixture) and without rutabaga as that is my family member's preference. They also put them in their deep freeze and then delivered the pasties to my hotel so that the hotel could keep them in their freezer so I could just pick them up when I checked out. Great communication, friendly proprietor, and my family member was THRILLED with the delicious gluten-free pasties! She reported that the crust was just perfect, too. Just a wonderful (and tasty) experience all-around. Thank you DNGD!"

"This place is AH-mazing. The owner has children with dietary restrictions, so she treats the kitchen like she is cooking for her own. It is a dedicated gluten-free shop, and I've seen her scratch make a cannoli filling for a customer in front of me on a whim...she is a dynamo. Regardless, her food is amazing in general and you'll love her bakery even if you have no restrictions. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE!! DO NOT!!"

"Melissa at Dulce Nulla has been nothing short of FABULOUS! As an out of state bride, she was able to help us with a cake tasting, planning, and delivery! This was one of us best kept wedding secrets, no one had any clue that this cake was done with all of our guests special dietary needs in place. It tasted so good (even 3 days after!) and so many great things were said about it! We thank the staff for all their support, creativity, and flexibility we will definitely be swinging by the shop the next time we’re in town."

"Absolutely lovely bakery! It was wonderful to find a gluten free bakery (and know all the food was celiac safe). Melissa is so delightful, knowledgeable, and just great to talk to. Annnnddd the food is amazing!! Every single thing we tried was delicious, and many items are freezable. She is able to ship some things, and there are also vegan items. We purchased cinnamon rolls, muffins, meringues, cupcakes, butterbeer cookies, a chocolate frog (who doesn't love Harry Potter?), and macarons. We look forward to trying the things we froze for later.There are also many more things we didn't try. We look forward to another trip up to Iron Mountain to visit. Highly recommend! (Whether or not you are looking for gluten free or vegan foods, you won't be disappointed!)"
