"First time visiting Michigan and needed a prescription filled at a CVS for an eye injury. Spoke with Kayla on the phone to be sure the prescription would be available at this location instead of my home town. Kayla was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my request. Thank you Kayla for your kindness and detail in getting me the prescription in a short amount of time."

"absolutely the WORST CVS I have had to deal with. One pharmacist will refill a prescription, and another will deny it. Had to call corporate to file a formal complaint on the matter, and in the meantime I am without my prescription."

"We just moved to the area and are between health insurances. This CVS was able to transfer my refill from my previous CVS out of state. I had been told a price of over $250.00 from my former CVS location. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, the Menominee CVS had applied a discount card to drop the price to less than $75.00; they saved me over $180.00 I am so grateful and a customer for life with this CVS store. There drive-thru is well lit, easy to navigate, and the pharmacy techs/pharmacists are great."

"Pretty consistent with delivering bad experiences here lately. Today they refuse to fill a valid prescription for Tylenol for my son who is in surgery, despite getting doctor confirmation via phone with me standing here during my 3rd visit today. CVS computer system refuses to accept expert medical input. Not the first time this year (now February) that they have refused to fill a valid prescription even with doctor verbal verification. Pic probably sums up state of affairs here. Pharmacist handed me my prescription and said to try elsewhere, but "don't go to Walgreens". So, here now at Walgreens and the pharmacy has told me, "no problem, we understand the situation, we are good, we will get this for you right away". Medicine in my hand now, 5 minutes after coming to Walgreens. Amazing."

"Giving this pharmacy 1 star is very generous… They are consistently short of prescriptions which can be extremely dangerous for most. I go to pick up prescriptions that are notified to me as ready, and then I get there to pick it up and they are out. I am not sure how they operate in terms of safety, but if you are somebody who needs consistent medication I would not recommend this pharmacy. Lines are extremely long, (wait time of 20-30 minute minimum), and I do see most pharmacists here watch and stand as the phone rings for people needing assistance. Very sad and unfortunate, I hope this changes for the better."
