"Never eat here AGAIN! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, under cooked, onions were "crunchy"???? They touched the pizza n said its cooked....and a combo basket that had like 3 of everything n burnt to such a crisp the onion ring was a black greasy husk with no onion left in it!!!!! It was icky outside so my daughter, buying this for my bday had run it to our home only a few blocks away, she brought it back after I called to talk to manager who said to bring it all back....took her saying it was gross to touch a pizza to refund her money????? R u serious!?!?!? I have been in the bar/restaurant industry n I'm telling you I would have been much better at resolving this, the cook "Mike" should be fired, that basket looked like he scrapped the bottom of the greasy fryer or worse re-heated scraps!!!!"

"The chef salad was half or less of what it used to be. Chicken boneless were so small. Service was a bartender that was not very happy, short staffed, people waiting for bowling services, drrinks at bar etc. Bathrooms were dirty. Place isn't what it could be . Dissatisfied customers"

"I had the bacon cheeseburger and it had a weird taste, almost like a chemical taste. It wasn't the bacon or the meat so It had to be the bun or cheese. Just a weird taste I've never tasted before. The service was great."

"Took our family out for supper, and it was our first time eating indoors at The Lanes. The atmosphere was great, friendly, and clean. They also have great specials during the week. Everything was great and delicious. We have a big family, so eating out can be a bit expensive for us, but it was fairly inexpensive for us. Which is always a plus. It's definitely a place to visit and eat."

"I wish I could rank it lower than 1 star. My cousins and I went on 10/14/23, we sat at a table got menus in a decent amount of time. There was 3 other tables taken when we went in. We ordered 2 appetizers and 4 sodas and 4 burgers. After almost 45-50 minutes we still didn’t get our appetizers. We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes and still didn’t get our burgers. We asked and was told the cook messed them up and was remaking them. The mgr was supposed to come talk to us but, she avoided us like the plague. Finally she called my cousin up because we said just cancel our food, instead of taking any accountability for their mistakes they still charged us $22.02 for the appetizers and sodas. This was absurd. Tables who came in after us and at the same time as us (bigger orders) got their food, ate and left before us. We ended up having to go to McDonald’s and spend more money. This was my first and last time going here. This wouldn’t have happened in the Chicago area. They need to learn customer service and communication."
