"This Sam's Club is a distance from my house, but I choose to go there because I always have a great shopping experience. I always find a parking spot, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. The snack bar is always clean and the yogurt sundae is always delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need at a great price. The other reviews are correct, there are never carts in the store, so I bring a few in with me and all is well. Great store!"
"I shop here regularly, but today when I arrived there were no carts available in the store. I, along with another customer with a small child, had to walk back to the parking lot to get our own cart. I normally would not complain about this, except that when i mentioned this to a person I thought was a regular employee, who happened to be the manager said that this happens regularly when the weather is cold. She said that the young people assigned to do this work call off and so it's the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to find a cart in the PARKING LOT. What?!? I simply could not believe she had the audacity to say this out loud. So rather than argue with a manager who has nothing but excuses, I'm writing a review instead. I pay a membership to shop here, don't tell me I need to work here too."
"I always enjoy going to Sam's for the food, any household products I need, they have nice clothing to choose from and they rotisserie chicken is very good. I especially love the scan and go, never stand in line to check out! Love it!"
"I ordered an item to be delivered to my home. It arrived on time on Tuesday Dec. 18th as promised. However no effort was made to place the package in a logical place. It wasn’t placed at my front or side door. It just left in my driveway. I understand that we got snow the day before. The delivery person could have just continued up the driveway to the side door and left it there. Instead they decided to leave darn near in the middle of the driveway. I don’t understand how that makes any sense. I will not be ordering anything else to be delivered."
"Nice warehouse store. This was my first time going to this location. I'll definitely go back since I'm certain I didn't see it all. I bought a few items such as energy drinks and sodas as they were a good price compared to when buying individually or from smaller stores."
