Walmart Pharmacy

"Pharmacist, Chris, went out of his way to help me get my medication! I had been looking for a certain med and called multiple stores. I was greeted mostly with employees who sounded annoyed or just didn’t care and I was about to give up. I decided to try one more store even though it was over an half hour away, and I’m so thankful that Chris answered! He was so nice and called right away to have my RX transferred and searched around to get me the best price possible. He called to give me updates and had it ready within a half hour. I am truly thankful, as it is hard to find kind people who actually take pride in their jobs these days. The lady who checked me out was so nice too! I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you again for all you did, it was truly appreciated."

"0 STARS - Terrible experience. After 3 HOURS OF WAITING, no one checked and they only 9 PILLS, so a waste of my waiting in Medina all day. Called their pharmacy at 2:40pm. Had to call two times to get them to complete transferring my prescription to them. Then had to call another time to get them to fill it as the representative said it would just be done "sometime today." I had informed them that I was in the area, so I was trying to fill it at their location. NEVER AGAIN."

"They have done a great job. Tracking my insurance down. Chasing my doctors around. And I barely know what's going on. I know it has to be frustrating to keep asking me stuff and I can't say anything but, "I don't know" or I guess so... They have been top notch customer service all the way.. thank you"

"I have always had very good experiences with all of the staff at this pharmacy. They are kind and explain things thoroughly. They even have a sense of humor. With all the stress of Covid lately they've still kept a decent attitude. I'm honestly surprised at some of the other comments on here bc I've shopped here for years and never had a bad experience."

"They're only getting one star because I can't give less than that! Truly horrid customer service from this pharmacy location! 3 months worth of getting the runaround and attitude from their employees over it prescription for something that I can buy over the counter. After the BS I encountered today with one of them on the phone I do believe I'll be taking my future Pharmacy business down the street. Kind of a dumb move on Walmart's part when there are at least seven or eight other pharmacies the same distance if not closer to me than they are at Walmart"
