"They are very unprofessional my daughters Dr. sent her prescription to this pharmacy requesting a certain brand that works for my daughter. The meds they presented to her were THE WRONG BRAND!. My daughter expressed that to the pharmacist. They did not want to order the correct brand for their own unprofessional and lazy reasons and gave us some bogus statement. "Because it was filled 5 days ago if she didn't take the wrong kind she would be taken off the meds for 6 months. "WHAT!!" I am calling corporate on Monday."

"I wish I remembered the name of the pharmacist I’ve been dealing with. Finally a pharmacist who cares! He really went above and beyond when my insurance kept on saying that I already had primary insurance in place to cover my prescriptions when I did not. And so my new insurance would not go through! He made sure that I would have enough meds to cover me through the long holiday weekend. And also was great with following up with the insurance company! He didn’t have to do that but he chose to and I love that! Will definitely use this pharmacy as long as I live in the area! Thank you so very much!"

"A wreck. My internship is 15 minutes from where I am living and this pharmacy is in between. I start work at 4 and left at 3:15, thinking 45 minutes was plenty of time to get the prescription and get to work on time. I was wrong. I called the pharmacy as I was leaving, was on hold for 15 minutes, then was told that they were out of the medicine to fill my prescription (which was called in two days ago), but they'd see if my prescription had already been filled. I was put on hold again. When they came back, they said to give them 10 minutes. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes, then went to the drive thru, thinking it'd be faster. I was wrong again. The speakers at the drive-thru are TERRIBLE. I could barely hear the pharmacy people, and they couldn't make out what I was saying. After the struggle through spelling my name, they gave me the total and sent me the tube to pay for the prescription. I put my card in the tube and sent it. I sat in the car for 15 minutes, freaking out about potentially not getting my card back. At 4:00 on the dot, a voice over the speaker asked if I was waiting for a prescription. I said that I had already paid. They again asked for my name and birthday. I, again, had to struggle through spelling and had to correct "September" to "December" several times. Luckily, I got both the card and the prescription. AND I was late for work."
