"My parents lived in an assisted living facility that used Remedi. Their service is great, but check your invoices closely. I have been emailing and calling for over a year about a lot of billing errors. The staff are very nice and are responsive, but for some reason they can't seem to get it right. They invoiced us for medicines that should have been paid by hospice, they invoiced us a lot more for medicines than our insurance co pay."

"I had to give this place 1 star just so I could make this review but they shouldn't even get that. For starters, I work at a facility that uses Remedi Senior Care Pharmacy and they are terrible. At times not getting medications in on time or like this weekend no one from the pharmacy representative staff that is to answer the phone if the facility has needs never answered the phone or hung up on staff members. Not to mention when you do get a hold of someone they are rude, demanding and act like your bothering them and its there job! I have worked with multiple LTC facilities in the area and 99% of them use this and it's the same issues at every facility. I do not recommend this place for your LTC at all."

"My mother is in a facility that uses Remedi as their pharmacy. The billing department there is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. There was an issue with her bill and I called to resolve it and the billing rep had nothing but attitude and offered no explanation or help to why I'm being charged thousands of dollars. Then muttered under their breathe "Well hopefully your mother will die soon"."

"If you’re someone who is adaptable to various healthcare environments & would like to earn a comfortable income Remedi SeniorCare may prove an excellent opportunity. At Remedi SeniorCare you will find many honest & hardworking staff interested in making a difference. Considering the size of Remedi SeniorCare the benefits are above average. Throughout Covid-19 opportunity was often plentiful while so many Americans lost much. I can find cons, but the positives shine through every time."

"Management doesn’t care about proper training even though you took the job based on training for new employees with no experience in Pharmacy billing. Receptionist is so rude and thinks she owns the building plus you need a key card to go to the break room so your stuck outside when you want to go back to your desk that was annoying. Really not worth it even though the pay was good not worth the headache of coming to work and not knowing what your doing and staring at the computer screen wondering what I’m doing there. Management only cares about their own work and less on employee training and getting used to the job plus you have to make phone calls it’s worse especially if you don’t know what your talking about. Training is at a expert level speed so your lost 95% of the time. If you take this job you’ll hate going to work everyday the only upside to this job was that you get free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Plus the bathrooms are pretty open so there’s no privacy for your own thoughts so more cons that pros I knew I had to find another job immediately before I lost my mind. Maybe it was my personal issue but I learn better when the training is easy to follow and I can understand what I’m doing maybe I wasn’t smart enough for the position but lesson learned no thank you I rather be at a lower paying job where I understand my position than at this company where I hated going to work."
