"I have been using this pharmacy for many years. Once in a great while they'll have to order something. It's not typical. Their reminder texts are the best system around and I've tried both CVS and Walgreens. Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable. Their staff, friendly and professional. I never have to read off my medications for them to refill, unlike at Walgreens in Avon Lake."
"We've been using Sam's Pharmacy in Sheffield for a few years, primarily due to the cost savings. While they have been friendly, they have not been very professional compared to other pharmacies. In 3 years, I don't think we've ever picked up prescriptions without an issue of some kind. It can usually be traced back to a mistake or oversight at the pharmacy. Add to this that at least one medication must be ordered each time. Even though I take it every day, they won't stock it. This has cost us time, wasted trips, and periods of going without necessary medications. We've had enough. It's not worth the cost savings, and that speaks volumes - especially since our prescription insurance is worthless. Best prices; worst service."
