"Speaking as a physician, they do great work -- detail-oriented, good communication, rarely if ever any delays in care, and they're just great people too."

"Kudos to Amerimed in West Chester, Ohio. Amerimed did a great job during transition of home infusion and enteral support services necessary for continued insurance coverage. Team has been excellent at communications, reaching out to our daughter for continuity and getting supplies delivered on time. Thank you!"

"Amerimed was there for me during a very tricky insurance change. They knew just what to do when I was at a loss! I am medically complex and am IV dependent so switching insurance and infusion companies was so stressful. But they made it easy. There have been a few snafoos along the way with incorrect quantities of items. But everytime, they always fix it! They always call to remind me about my orders and all the staff have been very nice. Thank you!!!"

"My husband had open heart surgery, the first 3 nurses were wonderful for the first 3 days. After the care was no longer daily the nurses sent out weekly did not call to schedule for weekly visits expecting us to be home when they show up at random times and random days. The last nurse was rude and did not call to notify us that she was even at the house, let alone to schedule the visit. We only found out because my brother called to notify us the nurse was at the house and left saying "I can't wait all day"..."

"Husband has picc line, 1st blood draw was 4/17. We found out today 4/22/19 at 2nd blood draw, that 1st one was lost when we asked what last lab report said. We understand stuff happens but very irritated that NO ONE bothered to tell us! Not the Doctors office who should have received a report, Not Amerimed , and no one from Summit Home Care. We didn't call to inquire as we were told by everyone, "if there is a problem, we will notify you". Mind you it was explained to us before leaving hospital how important it was to test his blood twice a week to make sure no bacteria was growing (Osteomyelitis), to keep Antibiotics adjusted properly. Today we were told they would put a STAT order on labs and we should have results by 2pm. At 5pm I called Amerimed, they have no record of labs in computer. Said when they get results they will call us if there's a problem. LOL, I said, no thats what you told us before. While we were thinking all was good for a week, the truth is his labs were never done! Then I asked if they notified the Dr's office. She said yes. I said ok, I will check with his office tomorrow. I then told her we need a phone call and copy of labs sent to us when they come in so we can stay of top of his care. Her attitude changed and She never agreed to my request. She simply stated she would "note my request in the computer". At 10pm I called Summit Home Care, said results are not back, should have in the am. In addition, Amerimed informed us today that heparin should not be given on the 24 hr line, only the 12 hr. So we've been doing that wrong all week as well. GREAT! Hoping for better communication here on out. Praying the STAT lab from today didn't get lost as well and that Amerimed won't refuse to send us a copy of the labs as confirmation they are done from here on out. Something in the statement of noting my request in the computer -- Did not give me confidence."
