"Called before going as I was leaving my daughters doctors appointment to see when I can pick up the prescription. Gentleman on the phone said a half an hour. Came and it was still going to be another half an hour. As I was leaving the girl pharmacy tech said rudely ‘it was literally just put in.’ Okay thanks for the snide remark but I called beforehand because this has happened before. Slow and disrespectful service. Need to go back to the Kroger in Loveland."
