Today I saw a crusty old white guy flipping out because he couldn't figure out how to activate a gift card, and the manager handled it really well! She maintained her composure and explained the situation in a very professional manner. I was impressed!"

"I have been going to this dollar general since it opened, I have always went a little later with me getting off work so late. I go there tonight and they aren't supposed to close until 10 I get there at 9:35 and the door is locked lights are all still on so I left and went to the one right beside the rootstown giant eagle I pulled in at 9:51 and they were still open. At least when kieth worked there I knew I could go there right before 10pm because I knew they were still open."

"This was not a good experience for me. I showed up there about 8:30 in the morning walked in there's no person to register this is right there looked around there's no carts. I mean I was there for just one item which I did get one of their sale items but it was all the way in the back and I have walking issues I walk with a cane my back blinds up my legs go numb but I did it you know cuz I needed this item so I come out to the front pay for my item and I asked the cashier oh but first all the way to the back to the store I'll be back to the front not one employee did I see not one! And when I reach the register this girl came up from behind me and greeted me and I asked her about the cards she says oh they're outside at the end of the sidewalk we just don't have room inside for him are you serious? Yeah I was not happy I don't think I'll be returning to that store. In the picture I provided I'm showing you where the cards are I'm in the first spot right in front of the store the cards are clear over to the right at the end I didn't even see him when I walked in not a good store!"
