"The woman that works in this pharmacy is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, non compassionate person I have ever come across. I stood at the window for a solid 7 minutes before I was even greeted or acknowledged. When she finally noticed me she asked what I needed and I told her I just wanted them to know that I was waiting on a prescription. I did this so they knew I was here and so I didn't have to sit in the lobby all day. I have been here going on an hour. Nobody is in the lobby for the pharmacy only appointments. I know they have other work to do but my goodness I could at least been a little bit of a priority since I am in the building. It's just lacking customer service in so many levels."
