"Horrible pharmacy, everytime I go pick up a prescription they said I need to pay when I shouldn't have too"

"Want a prescription filled? Too bad. They won't answer their phones. Want to avoid going inside by using the drive through? Too bad. They close down their drive through when they can't keep up with the work flow. Ended up going inside and they were not busy enough for that excuse. Just poor time management on their behalf again. I would give a negative rating if I could. This is a common pattern for this pharmacy. Out of protest for not having a zero star rating option, I made a second google account just to give them another 1 star rating."

"I pick up prescriptions for my husband a couple of times a month. I also have gotten flu shots and other vaccinations at this Kroger. We have never had a problem with getting a prescription filled in a timely manner. We have found that sometimes they have to wait for the doctor's office to okay a prescription. That is not the fault of the pharmacy. I have always been treated with respect."

"Terrible, slow service. I refilled my prescription three days early online. Was supposed to be ready on Sunday, it wasn’t...they kept pushing my times. I transferred to another pharmacy because I was going on day three of no antidepressants with terrible withdrawal symptoms. I go to pharmacy I transferred to and they tell me Kroger never did the transfer. So I go there to get it and they tell me it’s cancelled because of the transfer....so now after spending an hour in the car with a screaming newborn and four year old, i now have to wait even longer for my meds. UNREAL"

"I am so disgusted with the absolutely poor customer service at this pharmacy!!!! (I almost completed a very negative review while on hold for a ridiculous length of time. I was eventually told to hold on. Then, I got cut off. In looking up their number, I lost the whole review.) I only use them because they are a preferred provider through my insurance. I realize that waiting in line, in the drive-through and on the phone has fo be due to the demand. Hiring more staff would affect their bottom line, but seems to be what needs to happen. I have never waited at Rite Aid as I have at this Kroger Pharmacy. It has caused me to get out-of-line more times than I can recall. How can such a large grocery chain be associated with a poorly managed pharmacy??? Something needs to change! I would not use them, if my insurance company did not recommend them!"
