"Seriously terrible! They screw up orders, hang up on you when you're frustrated. Several calls to physicians and veterinarians because of their incompetence. Our specialty internal medicine veterinarian at Blue Pearl in Southfield, Michigan was also hung up on when trying to explain the order. Truly unacceptable and they couldn't care less about your well being or that of your dying pet. Update: They called my vet a liar and told me it was called-in today October 16th. However, the vet told me October 12th and that's what the bottle says. AND, the prescription was magically ready within 10-minutes of the first time I attempted to pick it up. Everyone knows, you don't fill a script within 10 minutes. These guys are shady and don't own up to their mistakes. This is the second month in a row that this has happened. SHAME ON YOU! ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND THE ACTIONS OF YOUR STAFF! I also realized that they didn't use the prescription plan I pay for so I overpaid. I will be back this week for a third time to rectify. We will change pharmacies once the annual prescription plan I paid for is done OR they agree to reimburse me. This pharmacy is seriously a joke! If it's an important, life saving medication, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you have unlimited time to deal with these people then you were warned!"

"They won’t let you pay with a credit card unless you go through the drive through. At least they tell my mother this every time she picks up my prescriptions. This makes no sense to me as I have always paid in store with a credit card. They are very rude to her."
