The FCHC Outpatient Pharmacy, located at 725 South Shoop Avenue in Wauseon, Ohio, is a convenient health-focused pharmacy and store serving the local community. Opened on September 1, 2019, our pharmacy offers a drive-through window for easy prescription pick-ups and a retail area on the ground floor of our South Medical Office Building. Masks are required in the retail area for the safety of our customers and staff. We accept new and renewal prescriptions and are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. For inquiries, you can reach us at 419-335-3715. Although we no longer offer the COVID vaccine, you can check with the Fulton County Health Department for information on vaccine clinics in the area.
