Love this store!!! The owner, Laura Lyn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had to get a sweatshirt. Also got some tea to send to my brother!

Great tea & herb selection. I make my own leave-in hair conditioner “tea”, which doubles as a hair gel for my 3B curl type, & this is the best place to get two of the mucilage ingredients that provide some slip, burdock root & marshmallow root. They even have slippery elm which would work similarly. They also have the best price compared to both online and in competitive stores (I walked into Anthro Apothecary for these items on a day DNA Sales was closed, and while Anthro has nice homemade items, their prices were too high for loose ingredients). I don’t buy all of the ingredients for my leave in conditioner gel at DNA Sales but they do carry all items needed and even some great extras that I have seen other people use for their homemade hair products. If I wanted to get everything from this location they have it- Humectants: Honey, Hibiscus, Chamomile Mucilage Slip: Marshmallow root, Burdock Protein & Gel cast: Chia & Flax seed I bring everything to a boil & use a fine metal strainer for the seed gels because a nutmilk bag just doesn’t work as well. I store my conditioner in the fridge in jars, and depending on hair porosity, the ratio of humectants to proteins can be adjusted. I don’t add oils because I have fine hair that very rarely needs oils, but this store carries a variety of natural oils. Jojoba is one that’s very similar to our natural oil. I just wish they could stock soap-nut shells in cheap bulk, because that makes a great gentle shampoo due to it’s saponin content, for people doing the no shampoo method, to just throw some shells into a jar of water overnight. Used in India for washing hair. They do have soap-nut but it’s a little too expensive & packaged for laundry (it’s also used to clean fine tapestries). They do carry loose soapwort at a great price which can also be used in a shampoo concoction for it’s saponin content as well. Their chai tea mixes are delicious, and I have mailed my tea loving friend all kind of varieties of tea they mix here, and she’s loved every one so far. There are a lot of other cute items here like rocks and crafts & essential oils, but I’m most in love with their herb & tea selection.
Store was supposed to be open at 11. Went there with my wife on my lunch to check things out. Waited until 11:15 with no one there and door locked. We watched 2 other cars pull in, check the door, wait a few then leave. Finally a lady pulled in driving a vehicle with the company logo as I’m trying to open the door again. Doesn’t even look at me or say a word and goes in. We waited another 5 minutes for the store to open then left. If your interest in stones I would recommend The Bead Box or The Awakening in Toledo. Much better service.
Love this store! All of the people are very friendly and helpful. The quality of the products are amazing and the selection is unlike any other crystal store I've been in. I keep coming back for more. Highly recommend!
This place is my go to for must things holistic! The lady working was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I can’t wait to get more crystals and herbs from here! I especially loved how we had a question, and she wasn’t sure so she took our phone number to get back with us about what we asked. I loved the atmosphere of this little shop as well!
