"Other than the convenience of a different art supplies store in Fort Wayne than the usual Michael's or Joann's, I like this one. Apart from that the knowledge and customer service when calling to ask about things they carry is quite nonexistent. Not to mention the severe lack in hospitality. Can't remember who I spoke with on the phone but she was rude and seemingly careless. Eh.. Michael's and Joann's will due just fine from here on out."
