"Bought a 2003 Ford explorer red with tan interior (description so you don't end up buying it and going through the same headache) I had it for a year with problems from the start. It was in the shop for it's first repair the first week I had it. Total of 5 times being repaired and without a car for a week or more each time. Also lied to me about the down payment. I put $1500 down and it wasn't even factored into the price of the car. I spent $5000 in payments on the car. Still owe another $4400. Car is currently sitting back in their garage, broke down. They won't be getting another penny from us. The place looks like a junk yard instead of a car lot, and that's what it is, junk!! Save your money, get some exercise and walk, take a cab, but whatever you do don't buy a car from here!!"

"I would highly recommend Norja motor sales LLC to anyone and everyone. There mechanic is very knowledgeable, The sales rep Debbie is absolutely a wonderful and very easy to get along with. I had fallen on hard times and lost my job and I called and talked to Debbie and kept a regular update and paying what I could when I could and Debbie worked with me the whole time. Now if you try to play games Norja doesn't play around. But if you work with them they will work with you. I am more then happy with my purchase as I have had absolutely no problems out of my car at all. Prices are great, mechanic is great, Debbie is great and the payments and down payment is always fair and great. No one would work with me and I thought I was screwed. But Debbie didn't bat an eye to give me a chance and help me. If you want a car lot u can trust, go to Norja and ask for Debbie and tell her Nick sent you. "Be careful. Was told the sale price of the car, paid $1500 for the down payment, but instead of deducting the $1500 from the price of the car, they added it to the sale price. What they call a "down payment" isn't an actual down payment, its a shady way for them to try to get more money out of you. Taking my business elsewhere from now on!"
