"A great buying experience at SVG, for our 2024 Sierra 1500 Denali. Working with Curt was a pleasure. A completely low pressure environment. I appreciate him allowing Carolyn and I to take the truck for a drive by ourselves, and for as long as we needed. There was no hardball when it came to negotiating our trade in. We thought it was a little bit low, and SVG agreed to split the difference between our number and the dealership's-no muss, no fuss. Curt covered all the features of the truck. Upon closing the deal we realized we could not move money between our accounts via the mobile app, AND we left one of the keys for our trade-in at home. No problem-they took our check and said they would wait until Tuesday to deposit it, when our funds were moved. And I promised to drop off the 2nd key for our trade on Monday. I was blown away by the level of trust they put toward us. You just don't see this type of "handshake" dealing anymore. We drove the truck home the same day we test drove it. Alex in finance was a breath of fresh air. We are accustomed to that being the most difficult part of the car buying experience-the pressure the finance folks exert to get you to buy all the extras. This did NOT happen with Alex. he explained all aspects of the various products they offered, answered our questions, and we decided whether to purchase them or not. We have purchased many vehicles in our driving life, and I have to say the experience with SVG in Washington Courthouse was by far the best. We will certainly be encouraging folks to go see Curt and the crew at SVG when they need a vehicle!"
