"My friend bought a truck from this place in May. Couldn't get a title. Gave him one extra 45 day tag in June. When the second one was running out I called for my friend and he didn't return my call or text I sent. We contacted the Attorney General's office and they tried to get a title, but finally used the state fund for reimbursement which he is waiting on from the state. Before you purchase from this lot you should check with the attorney generals office."

"Don't buy anything from this car lot, we got a 2011 ford f150 from them , they could'nt get the title for the truck, so they called us up and told us we had to bring the truck back. We was told by the credit place that we are getting reinbursed on our down payment and the 4 months we paid on the truck. The credit place sent our check to the car lot sept 12, 2023,. He has lied and not given us our money , they sent the check to robinson cause thats where we bought the truck from. He is avoiding our phone calls and hasnt been in the office so we can talk to him. That is theft we want our money . So please save yourselves time and money dont go to Robinson Auto . I dont want anyone to have to go through what my husband and I are going through right now just trying get our money back. There is also a investigation going on to find our money thet he says he dont have, the lawyers have been contacted as well, my husband loved that truck and basically got it ripped right out from under him. We paid every month was never late and took real good care of it, for what ? for them to tell us to give it back cause they didnt have a title."
