Sales people are knowledgeable, very helpful, and assisted me testing the pieces I am interested in for functionality and comparison before buying. Would definitely recommend it to buyers looking for used home audio equipment."

"This really is a fantastic place to hit up! There are some tech here that you simply cannot find affordably online except on eBay. I’ve been to many stereo shops that charge much more (albeit with fully servicing their machines but that often kills the value). Sometimes the prices are hit and miss, but the hits are absolutely phenomenal. It’s a fantastic place to go for cheap blurays and tv seasons (often priced at one rate). Their video games are often incredibly priced, especially older ones. The more niche something is, the better the deal. I’m really glad a place like this exists in Columbus since it’s incredibly unique."

"If I could give 6 stars I would… I like many others have broken my phone screen more times then I can count, because of this I have been to more phone repair stores then I can count. Almost every repair store I have been to is nearly identical to the last. Poor customer service, untrustworthy results, warranty calls, headaches and much more. NOT gadget ease!!! When I tell you they are the best I feel like I’m not doing them justice. I walked in today and was met with a big smile from who I believe said his name was Marcus. He quickly identified my issue which was the prior screen was installed wrong from a different shop.. big surprise right. He told me he could get it fixed for half the price of anyone else, and even though It was busy he still had it fixed almost 45 minutes ahead of schedule. I can’t recommend them enough after today, they will TAKE CARE OF YOU!"

"Don’t even bother Would give ZERO stars if i could. Poor company with awful customer service. They tell you one thing then turn around and let someone else do what you asked to do. Train your employees correctly. Will never recommend this place to anyone, especially with this awful customer service. Came in for an item that “couldn’t” be sold till a certain date which was fine. Then asked to put it on hold and told that i wasn’t aloud too Someone else comes in and does it and it’s fine, even waited IN LINE for the store to open just to be told that someone else put it on hold."
