"We had an issue with our crown stand up cherry picker. T & L came out and fixed the truck, and a week later the same issue reoccurred. They told us our batteries could be part of the issue so we went out and replaced them. They than came to work on the lift again, fixed it, and charged us again. One hour later the lift was back down with the same issue. They came back that day, fixed it again, and 1 week later it went down. We than asked them to come fix it free of charge since the original issue had not been fixed and they said they would. The next day the called and said we should take it somewhere else. I absolutely refuse to do business with a company that won't stand behind something they fix."
