"My truck sat in the shop for four months. Less than half of that time was due to the warranty claims. The rest of the time was due to lack of technicians and being put off. When I did get it back there were more issues. The service manager said he was taking is "master" technicians word for it even with my dash and oil pressure gauge saying otherwise. It used to be a great a dealership and good service department until the higher up management got involved. Now that place is running into the ground and fast. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere."
