"Just purchased a truck from them and after getting it noticed alot of sway in the truck took it to 4 different mechanic shops all gm certified and all told me the same ball joints shocks struits Let them know and they offered me 300 goodwill check had an warranty but was told that did not cover any of the issues it has. Traded in a dodge ram 1500 eco diesel .wow all i have to say always was told to give people a second chance never again very disappointed."

"I saw an ad on marketplace for a vehicle being sold at this dealership. I specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had any rust or corrosion problems and he said it was really clean and he had not noticed any rust on the vehicle. I even had him send pictures of the common problem areas and they did look good. But once I got there I noticed immediately that there was a 6" round spot of corrosion and missing paint on the front of the hood. I was amazed and had to refer back to the pictures in disbelief that I had missed such obvious damage and it was obvious that they took no pictures of the front of the vehicle to hide it. The only thing that made the experience tolerable is that it was close by and we were already doing errands in the area."

"I must say haven't had good luck here before. Last resort before leaving for Florida, my brakes on my edge went out again. This vehicle has been to reineke multiple times. Last year in Florida Essex ford. I tried to explain the problem, and they changed everything else. But I must say after explaining what I thought was the problem, Kerns service people listened to me. It all was with anti lock brake system. Parts are all on backorder. They found the part and sent someone to get it. Got my vehicle back to me. I am very impressed with what they did for me. Thank you all, so much."
