"Attempted to call multiple times before driving out there. No answer. Showed up with my son and the entire place indoors was empty, not one person in sight. I'm a new plant owner so I had a few questions regarding plants. Finally saw one person out back and all they said was hello. Did not ask if I needed any help, what I was looking for, nothing. Very unwelcoming unfortunately. The plants do look to be very well taken care of but some info on the plants or something would've been really beneficial if you have staffing shortage."

"I was very pleased with my trip to the Greenhouse Shoppe. I found everything I was looking for at very reasonable prices. Items purchased included a variety of healthy, watered annuals and perennials and a few well priced decorative items for patio and planters. There was also a nice selection of yard implements. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very satisfied and I will definitely return to the Greenhouse Shoppe."

"While the staff were friendly, they carry almost no Ohio natives. Even the plants I was directed to as attracants to native pollinators were hybrids (which aren't as attractive as they usually have low nectar rewards). I could only find a single, non-hybridized native. Unfortunately a rude patron this quite literally grabbed the plant out of my hands upon hearing my conversation with the staff. While unpleasant and not entirely the fault of the store, I certainly would have saved some time and energy (and some gas!) had they actually stocked more than 2 plants of the single native they had. If you want ornamentals and showy looking non-natives plants, this place is great. If you actually care about attracting native pollinators and planting Ohio natives, go somewhere else."
