"I made an order at the beginning of the month and scheduled for delivery yesterday. I’m still waiting on my order and I cannot get a person on the phone to assist me. I would stay away from this company as they do not care about customer satisfaction."

"I received this “sorry we missed you” door tag yesterday when I returned from work. When I called the store, a fruit expert stated that I did receive my order as it was marked as delivered. I let them know that I received no delivery, and that I have this door tag instructing me to please call their store. The fruit expert Jessie repeatedly rudely told me that I am mistaken and my fruit order was delivered and they don’t know anything else and can’t help me further. When I asked if Jessie could at least tell me the name of who had ordered the gift so that I could thank them even though we never received it, he said that he can’t pronounce the name. He was very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t order from here- your gifts may not be delivered!"

"When the ordering system messed up my order for Mother's Day that my dad in Florida had placed, the store did it's best to take care of me and make everything right. The call center I kept on getting transferred to is a joke. So I went into the store. The manager was very apologetic, explained the situation, and even upgraded my order. Thank you for the great service!"

"I didn’t receive what i ordered. The balloons were missing and the arrangement consisted of only Kale and strawberries. The arrangement i paid for showed a variety of different fruit. When I called The store, the first employee would not get a manager on the line. After demanding someone who could issue a refund she put someone on the line and offered me a refund which I accepted. The employee offered a complimentary cheesecake due to terribly made arrangement and missing balloons. I appreciate the gesture but after dealing with such poor customer service to begin with, i will not purchase from this company anymore. Here is what i ordered And here is what was delivered."
