"I had a problem with my brake rotors that I purchased a little less than two years ago. When I went to pick up my online purchase, I mentioned that I had to replace all of my rotors because I wasn't sure which one was causing the problem. They said no problem, just being the old rotors and the receipt and they would take care of me... That was such a huge relief... And they stood by their word. That's the kind of service you hope for. Shout out to Dana at AAP for taking care of me!"
"Seriously, if I could give zero or negative stars, I really would. Old man maybe mid 60s in age with the mustache was INCREDIBLY rude. Extremely unprofessional and somebody you DON’T want as an employee. Just because you are having a bad day, doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful to customers. I would have given this auto parts store my support but seeing how this employee talked to me like he did, and he refused to even help me, I definitely won’t be back and I’ll let my family and friends know to not go here for any needs. Obviously it’s too hard to read a scanner if he needs a customer to do it for him."
