"Spent almost $80 on a dozen of roses to last abt 2 days! Never again will I order from this place very disappointing!"

"I was so displeased and disappointed with the arrangement my mother-in-law received for her birthday… I ordered an arrangement knowing that there may be a substitute of a flower or two… I was not expecting to see WILTED flowers and flowers that are definitely not worth the price. When I called and voiced my frustrations… I was offered a 10% discount, that would only cover the delivery of said arrangement. I have never been so disappointed in a locally owned business and advise others to save the hassle, the headache and go elsewhere."

"If it was not for me personally going to see the arrangement before said delivery, my order would of been sadly wilted and not what was even pictured in their book. Due to their lack of florals, I had to personally go and buy flowers from Buehlers so they could complete the arrangement, service was definitely lacking, Thankful to Buehlers for having what was necessary. Highly recommend not going with them just because of their attachment to Waite funeral homes, their standards are subpar. They are receiving two stars because the owner did replace the bad flowers with the ones I purchased."

"Thoroughly disappointed. Placed an order for a friend in the industry. Ordered late Wed for Delivery either Thursday if possible or Friday. Get many messages asking for more money even though I chose something off their site and added about $10 to it to be sure they could do it right. I liked the photo but had a little more to go on Then they call me saying they can deliver the next day but I need to add $10. Well you are already a day late, I already added $10 to the price of the arrangement, they told me they would take care of it. Well guess what, I get a message that they cancelled the order! Sadly it was now 4pm Ohio time so getting someone else to fill the order was going to be difficult. I had talked to them just an hour before and they said it was all fine. I told them it didn't have to be huge, just a little something (budget was about $75 - I chose a $62/arrangement). Then all of a sudden an email saying they cancelled it! Totally unprofessional. Will never ever use them again. You need to be able to count on people, you cannot count on them"

"We just had our wedding on 2.2.22 and engaged Flower Gallery and Kathy to help make our day a perfect reality. I wanted something unique, funky with vintage flair. Plus, I needed specific colors to complete my vision. Kathy put together some unique and gorgeous bouquets for my wedding. My husband‘s boutonniere was perfection. I feel that I gave her some challenges and she rose to the occasion. I couldn’t be happier. My husband has ordered flowers from Flower Gallery for me in the past and I chose them because I was so impressed with their previous work. They will be our permanent florist."
