"I called for a pick up on January 27. The lady working there and answering the phone was beyond helpful for a last-minute service related to a funeral. My previous order had been cancelled by another location even after I had placed it. So the fact they could get this ready in an hour or so was impressive. I just want to say to the staff of this place that fulfilling that last-minute close to closing time was very important to me and others. You're making a difference in people's lives by allowing them to celebrate or mourn occasions with delicious food. Thanks!"

"Recd arrangement as gift. Much of the fruit had little to no taste. The honey dew was especially bad. It tasted like cucumber. Pineapple was very hard. Cantaloupe had faint taste. I would never give one of these arrangements to someone I cared about. I’m sure it was not cheap either. Strawberries were fine."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Edible Arrangements. My friend ordered a special Mother's Day dessert for me, which was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day itself. However, it has been a week since then, and I have yet to receive it. When I called their Lakewood to inquire about the delay, I was informed that they were out of stock on most items. It is baffling to me that they failed to inform either me or my friend about this issue before proceeding with the order. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer care. What disappoints me even more is their apparent lack of remorse or concern for the situation. They offered me a replacement with whatever they had left in stock and a partial refund. However, a week has passed since then, and I am still waiting for any resolution or delivery. It is frustrating to see such a lackadaisical approach to customer service. Furthermore, when I requested to speak to the manager, Jessica, I was told that she does not answer her phone on weekends. This seems absurd to me, as weekends are often busy times for businesses and customers may require assistance. I intend to follow up with Edible Arrangements on Monday to express my disappointment and share my firsthand experience of their poor customer service. Overall, my experience with Edible Arrangements has been deeply unsatisfactory. From the lack of timely communication about stock issues to the lack of responsiveness and accountability from the management, it is evident that their customer service is severely lacking. I expected a more professional and caring approach from a company known for its special treats and gifts. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth."
