"The Parma Flower Shop was most amazing and went above and beyond to help me out for a funeral in which I thought I ordered flowers and a wind chime. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the funeral but others there text me and said they didn't see any flowers from our Choir. After calling the flower shop (way after hours), Miss Laura answered the phone and quickly calmed me down and listened to my story and simply asked, "What did you order"? I didn't get to say much more because she said she'll work on them right then and have them for the viewing and funeral service ASAP. My friends at the funeral text me when the flowers arrived and said they were the most beautiful arrangement along with wonderful sounding wind chimes. I can't thank Laura and the Parma Flower Shop enough for their wonderful service and beautiful flowers and reasonable prices. EVERYONE should be using them for ANY of your Flower needs.
