"Came in to get a new battery. Lucas took care of me. When him and I looked under the hood you could tell the battery exploded. you could see yellow stuff everywhere. Lucas helped me out big time. It was a struggle to get the terminals off the old battery. Lucas was kind and was not upset about the pain it was to replace the battery. He took care of me like he was my best friend. Good Job."

"My license plate was really stuck on and I needed to install a protective cover on it and I took it to O’Reillys and Nathan was a huge help! I asked if they had a tool specific to the bolts my license plate was using so I could take it off, and instead of getting me the tool he spent what seemed like 20 minutes personally getting it off for me! "Manager here went way above and beyond to help me. I needed a new battery and he installed it quickly and properly. I can tell you from past batteries that Auto Zone and Advance will often say “I don’t know” when asked if they can put your battery in. I have for years been finding any O’Reilly’s I go inside to have someone who understands how to treat a customer. As a consumer I really appreciate that because let’s be honest, even tho it’s 2023 and you’d think most companies have a good training program for customer service, it’s hardly a thing. I’m definitely using this store next time I need anything car parts related!!! Also I called around and no joke but the battery at O’Reilly’s was 120$ vs 260 at Advance and 250 at Auto Zone, granted the charge of the battery - I wanted a 1 year specifically and in the end I got treated awesome and spent 130$ less to boot!"
