"Used this floral shop for my brother’s funeral through the funeral home. Decided to order more flowers online. My order was cancelled by email. They didn’t have the flowers available to make the arrangements offered online. I phoned the shop, very rude woman, my jaw dropped at some of the things she said. Anyways, I phoned another shop and was able to order 3 beautiful arrangements for a way better price. Diederich arrangements were not impressive, small, cheap flowers compared to the other arrangements at the funeral."

They accepted my order and 6 hours later cancelled my order due to a missing flower. This tells me the business can’t think outside the box or improvise to ensure a delivery. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them."
