"This place is just phenomenal! Kind of unique to see a business with so many 5-star ratings before I went, so I figured I had to go see what the hype is about. Without a doubt, the reviews are warranted! First off, it's a beautiful store. In the present time with online shopping and such, I'm kind of used to jewelry stores having a musty, dated feel and that just isn't the case here. The lights and the vibes are as bright as the smiles on everyone's faces. They happened to be a bit busy but were quick to let me know they saw me and would be over to help as soon as possible. I was assisted by Adam, who made everything a breeze. I'd brought in a somewhat sentimental yellow gold piece that I've owned for a long time, but at one point over the years made the unfortunate decision to rhodium plate (when white gold was super IN). I was so nervous that they'd just tell me it was a lost cause but I don't think that's who these folks are - it was just "of course we'll figure it out!" and they did! I don't even have my piece back yet but I'm not even worried, I have full confidence that I'll be crying tears of joy when they hand it back to me looking like the day I got it. I was stressed about the cost of the work too and I even left feeling relieved about that! Won't be going anywhere else for jewelry stuff as long as I'm living in Akron!!"

"This place was top notch! First off, it's a family owned and run small business which is important to me. They carry unique jewelry, much different than what we saw in big box stores. Lots of hand-crafting and specialty pieces. The selection is great. We were assisted by Tony who guided us in purchasing a replacement for my husband's lost wedding ring. He spent time getting to know us and what our activities and tastes were to help us pick just the right band. We were both absolutely thrilled with the one we picked out. It had to be ordered but it arrived so quickly and is a work of art. The staff really treats you like royalty in there. We left feeling great about our purchase and will definitely be going here for any future jewelry needs!"

"I worked with Jim and Todd to design my 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. Started the process with an idea, Jim drew a picture based on my idea, and then a CAD design followed, which I loved, of course. Next, four baguette diamonds were matched to complement the radiant cut center stone, the stones were set, and the ring was polished. Completion took 6 weeks. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
