"Was sold a defective spark module by them and they would not do anything for me. So that was almost $80 wasted at V&V Euclid store, plenty of other options out there. I found the exact same part at one of the competitors for 40% cheaper. Will never be back or recommend V&V"
"Purchased an oven igniter to fix our 30 y/o stove. Parts guy opened the box to show me how fragile the coil is and to be very careful. So… I get home to install and guess what happens? The coil broke! $75 down the drain and I was pounding on the wall, stomping on the floor, and swearing all around the house in disgust!! I called V&V back to let them know what happened - guys said “that’s what I tried to explain to you.” Fair enough - not their fault. Asked if they can do anything for me - can’t replace it for free, but he invited me to come back and he would lessen the blow of having to get another one. Still had to fork up another good chunk of change - was mad a hornet, but felt better that they at least tried to dampen the damage for me. Second (well, 3rd if you count the rebuy) I’ve gotten parts from here. Great service!"
