"I mad a purchase from this company based on them having a speaker that met the specifications of my speaker enclosure. Their spec was a 5.343 baffle cutout mine was 5.43. Low and behold when the speaker arrived it did not fit. I remeasured my hole and it was correct. I called parts express and Mili said she would be happy to refund my money but the shipping was at my expense. I explained that their website gave incorrect information and she said she needed proof of the measurement by a picture. I did just that. Right after she began saying that I miss represented why I was returning the item. Long story short I didn’t accept that. I asked that she either refund my shipping or send me to her manager. Right after I received an e-mail with a shipping label and RA Number. I sent the speaker back and they refunded only a partial of what I paid. I will never do business with this place again. I’ve never been deceived by a company like that. Stay away from them, there are much better resources out there."
