"I went to this store a few days ago, I wanted to shop for my mom’s Mother’s Day gift. I seen what I wanted and told the lady she insisted I needed safety clasps or what whatever they’re called I told her I was on a budget she said well we usually Sell these together she also stated they recommended you don’t wear the bracelet without safety clips …blah blah blah also they had the promotion for a free bracelet. I wanted to take advantage of the deal but the free bracelet I received was super small ! I just feel if a person state what they want don’t be super pushy and overly selling it’s a turn off ! Do better !"

"My parents bought me a bracelet for Christmas with a heart clasp. The second week of January it just fell off my wrist while I was on the phone one day. I told my parents and my mother took it up there today 02/3/23. She explained what happened and was told it was a known issue with this bracelet but of course that was never disclosed at their time of purchase. She was told that there was nothing they could do and she could speak to the manager( whom is white) when she was done speaking to another customer. However after finishing up with that customer the manager never approached my mother instead she sent over a very pregnant women who worked there who was black like my mother to tell her again nothing could be done. My mother was completely dismissed for no other reason than her being black and the manager feeling like doing her job does not apply to customers who don’t look like her. Disgusting and will never purchase from here again. Granted we have tons of pandora items from this store and have never been met with such poor customer service."

"The staff were very nice! HOWEVER,,,, they really need a new system, for customers that are picking up online orders! There should have been a separate line just for that! They've moved the store once more, making you having to search for the new one. Upon arriving, of course this ridiculous line for everything & they had 4 staff on duty. This is another reason why, I purchase items online! I only went there for last minute gifts, because I try to deter myself from the aggravation! We customers were complaining, the manager became defensive saying they were short staffed, we understood there's a shortage all over the world, THERE STILL NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATE LINE FOR PICKUP ORDERS TO EXPEDITE THE LINES! That was apparently, our main reason for choosing to pickup from the store!"
