"It's a NO, HELL NO, for repair work. Soldering should be with THE SAME MATERIAL!? Gold for gold. Platinum for platinum, silver for silver... vs. clearly, it was not. See photos below. Integrity absolved. Do not recommend. ....it is 'glue like'. There is no movement at all! I was told that the Gold was soldered, was told what is was soldered with. Google and YouTube searches and along with another local jeweler has confirmed the compromise of the integrity of the gold. I asked the guy Zeek, at Diamond king why the material was not the same, and whythe piece no longer moved, he said that is how its supposed to be... smh. He had the piece for 5 or so days."
