"I have used them several times. Once to resize my moms ring and then to get my watch batteries replaced. They have always been very nice. It’s been a couple of years since I needed their service. She is in an assisted living facility and she really needed to have the ring cut off because of it hurting. I called to see if they could do it and I was going to bring her in to have it done but instead they offered came to her and cut it off at the facility. They were super friendly and kind to my mom. I never expected the kind of service they gave and could not imagine going anywhere else for my jewelry needs."

"Excellent customer service & jewelry repair! I recently had 2 rings sized and refurbished. They were my Dad's and very sentimental to my Family since his passing. This was my 1st experience with this shop, but it won't be the last! They did an outstanding job on these 60 year old rings and in a very timely manner! They were also extremely reasonable with the cost (less than 1/2 of a near-by competitor!) My family and I are grateful that the rings can now be worn and enjoyed for years to come! Thank you!!"
