"I brought a Yamaha cassette deck in for a broken belt. While I was standing there, he opened it up to fix it on the spot. Looking at it, though, he determined it would take some time and effort to repair. He said it might not be repairable. I left it with him and a couple of days later he called to say it was fixed. Very happy. It is a good deck and it’s hard to find them anymore. Very reasonable cost to repair. He -improved- it. He said there were supposed to be two belts, but sometimes they weren’t both installed by Yamaha. He put them both it. I’d recommend his work to anyone."

"I can't thank Art enough. My dad recently passed away and left me hundreds of Beta and VHS tapes. I have a functioning VCR, but our Beta deck hadn't been used in decades, and all of the rubber belts and such had dried out and gotten stuff.
